Get The Guy

This book was recommended to me by a very close friend. Stephen Hussey and Matthew Hussey are the writers of this book. When mi friend told me about it a immediately wanted to read this book. I know most of us girls would like to know how boys think and what goes through there minds. This book is supposed to be about the why guys think and also give girls some tips on how to be a strong independent women which to me is funny that two guys are giving girls advice on how to be. You don't see that very often it is usually the other way around. I have to say that i totally don't agree with the things they stated in the first chapter. They said we have to meet at least five guys a week and that we should be trying to talk to at least two guys per day. There is NO WAY I'm going to do that I'm not in that much of a hurry to find Prince Charming. its not like i need one i already have boyfriend i guess the reason why I'm reading this book to find out what my boyfriend is thinking half of the time and how boys feel about relationships.  after reading the first chapter i wanted to put the book away and never read it. There is no way girls need to be putting them selfs out there to meet all this guys in m eyes that just makes us look desperate; however thats Matthews advice for finding the right guy. i decided to give the book a second chance and continued to ready chapter two. This chapter was way better it was funny and it had good tip. it stated that girls should be independent strong as an individual and have their own life. They should make men feel like they are the best thing that ever happened to them.

Silence

Cole is such a gentleman all trout the book. He really makes Oakley feel special thats how all men should treat us women. I really like what Natasha does half way trough the book by the way Natasha Preston is the Author of this book. She makes a drastic change it is no longer Oakley telling the story now Cole is the one telling the story. I love the fact that even though there was a drastic change the book is so well written that i knew right away what was going on i didn't get get lost. Also Natasha chose the perfect moment to make this change she did it right after Cole asked Oakley to be his girlfriend. I can see why she did it she really whats the audience to see that Coles feelings towards Oakley are really true and Oakley isn't just making things up. The hole time Oakley was telling the story it sounded like she was just guessing how Cole felt about her and all her guesses where right. However now that Cole is telling the story and he is the one saying how he feels. This is reinsuring the audience that his feelings are real.

Silence

finally know why I'm enjoying this book so much. Im sure its the way this book is written. The paragraphs are about 10 long and just the way she rights over all makes me feel like shes actually talking to me like shes telling me this story in person. I didn't really think it would be because of that in till Mary Chase brought it up during class................

I really like the way Cole is with Oakley, he loves her for who she is and even though Oakley refuses to go to the doctor he doesn't pressure there to do it. I understand Cole he doesn't need her to talk to love her. Its probably not exactly the same, but it happens to me with my horse Minnie she is my best friend i tell her everything. People sometimes think im crazy because i talk to her they say she cant understand you why do you talk to her. Mennie can understand met perfectly she actually talks back to me with out an actual word coming out of her. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you don't need to actually talk in order to say something expressions say a lot even more than words sometimes. However, there are days when i do wish my horse could talk, but that doesn't change anything i sill love her the same.................... I think this is how Cole feels about Oakley not talking.
